MĀDI requires a high level of technical understanding, which is why it was necessary for the founding team to collaborate with those who had deep insight into how to build a scalable system without exceeding the budget. We joined in the very early stages, guiding the development process, creating a clickable prototype, designing the control system, recruiting developers, and advising on product development.

MĀDI is a company with a grand vision and a desire to build a system that not only understands but also shapes customer experiences post-sale. Such a system requires extensive technical expertise and often a large budget to succeed. We stepped in at the very early stage with the goal of building the first version of MĀDI (MVP version) within an affordable budget. This would ensure their first customers, provide proof of concept, and subsequently secure the necessary funding to further develop their product.

We initiated the process with extensive user research that shaped the development of a functional, clickable prototype. In close collaboration with MĀDI, we ensured that the user experience was the focus.

System Design and Consultation

We advised MĀDI on technological architecture, choice of development team, and implementation strategies. Our experience ensured that the system was not only technologically advanced but also scalable and user-friendly.

Recruitment of Developers

We assisted MĀDI in recruiting a talented development team that matched the project's complexity and ambitions within their budget.

MĀDI is still in the early stages. The first version of the software has now been developed and is being tested with the first customers. The platform has been developed with minimal funding with the help of our guidance and has therefore put MĀDI in a position to build a minimum viable version of their platform that can be validated by the first customers without breaking the budget. MĀDI is now able to receive unique user feedback, make the necessary iterations, and plan a go-to-market strategy to ensure the success of their product in the market.
